Please note that ROBUD does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.
Pay With Paypal
When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.
Prices
Your total order price will include the price of the products on the date of shipment plus any applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products displayed on this website at any time, and in particular to correct pricing errors that appear on the website. Coupon Codes We will offer a variety of coupon codes, which may expire at any time.
Sales Tax
In addition to the price of your purchase, we will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect when your order is invoiced. If the sales tax rate in the state to which your order is to be shipped changes before the products are shipped, the rate in effect when your order is invoiced will apply.
Tax Exemptions
If you are placing an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please email shop@robud.com. Be prepared to provide proof of tax-exempt status for the state to which the products will be shipped. The representative will advise you on how to fax/email the tax-exempt certificate to us so that we can process a refund. This refund will be refunded to the original payment method used to place the order. The name of the organization or individual on the order must exactly match the state tax exemption certificate. We do not accept federal tax exemption certificates.
