Do you offer interest free installment plans?
We want to offer our customers the most flexibility on teamson.com. We offer Afterpay or Klarna Installments during checkout.

Afterpay or Klarna Installments provides customers the option to split their purchase into 4 equal, interest-free installment payments for orders between 50 USD and 3,000 USD. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees passed on to customers.

Return

How can I return?
We offer a 30-days risk-free return policy on our website. Please notice that returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt. If the returned item is not in the acceptable condition it will be refused acceptance.
If the reason for the return is that you do not like/do not want it, the return postage will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the package directly, and contact us for the return address.
We do our best to ensure all orders are perfect. We apologize if part of your order is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item! In these cases, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us immediately at shop@robotime.com. We will deal with it immediately without a doubt.

What is the return address?
lf you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to contact us via service@robud.com. Our customer service representatives will provide you with the nearset warehouse address within 24 hours.
l returned an item. When will my refund be processed ?
We will refund you for the total purchase price of the item, as soon as we verify that the item has been returned. 
Once your refund has been processed, it can take between 3-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Should the refund not appear within 10 business days.

Do you only ship to USA?
We transport to All EU member states, UK, Canada, and U.S.A. Presently we only ship to mainland USA. Besides, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, 
U.S. Virgin Islands, Military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
How long will it take to receive the order?
