Payment

What payment methods are available?
We currently support payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, and Klarna. 
ls it safe to make orders on your website?
Yes, the transmitted data is encrypted by SSL. Only after the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be 
charged. Otherwise the payment will be cancelled.

Return

How can I return?

What is the return address?
lf you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to contact us via service@robud.com. Our customer service representatives will provide you with the nearset warehouse address within 24 hours.
l returned an item. When will my refund be processed ?
We will refund you for the total purchase price of the item, as soon as we verify that the item has been returned. 
Once your refund has been processed, it can take between 3-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Should the refund not appear within 10 business days.

Shipping

Do you only ship to USA?
Presently we only ship to mainland USA. Besides, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, 
U.S. Virgin Islands, Military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
How long will it take to receive the order?
Normally, it will take 1-2 business days to ship your order, and then you will receive the order about 3-5 business days.
How to track my order or shipping information?
To track your order, please followe: Support - Track Your Order - Enter your tracking number - Click "track". You can also check by clicking on the following link and entering your tracking number at: https://www.robud.com/pages/track-your-order

Order

Will I receive an order notification?
The system will automatically send an email to your email address when:
1. The order is successfully submitted;
2. The item is shipped;
3. The customer confirms receipt of the item;
4. And when the order is refunded. If you do not receive the relevant email,

please check if your email address is filled in correctly, check the spam filter, or contact us.

 
 
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email: 
service@robud.com. We will process it ASAP after we receive your message. Please note that orders that have
already been shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
Where can I find my order number?
Once you complete online checkout, you should receive a confirmation email with your order details, including 
your order number.

lf l want to order multiple products, can I get a discount?
Sure, we are happy to offer a discount for bulk orders. Please inform us of the quantity and item name via 
shop@robud.com before placing an order.
